Suck (sucking) is the action performed when for example using a straw to drink from a bottle. "Sack (sacking)" on the other hand...

This story is kind of funny. Still, don't understand how its possible. For one, how can a fake police suck a genuine one? He has to work with HR department, else the sucked officer would keep getting paid.
Seriously, would anybody happen to know more. I suspect the guy had a god father within the forces.
