I heard on the grapevine that those ones in the Kiosks may not be &quot;full&quot;, as in they go to where they get the gas from and say, <i>weka 10kg</i> in a 13kg cylinder.<br><br>Based on my observation, the cylinders from the petrol stations usually have a plastic seal, and those from Kiosks usually don&#39;t.<br>
