I would go with osTicket(<a href="http://osticket.com">osticket.com</a>) as well!I&#39;m not a developer but I&#39;ve heard many developers who have customized it and they swear by it!On a Sys Admin perspective,it is one of the easiest to use. Also,it is made by a Kenyan who has taken it to international levels! <br>
