Actually I also have Zuku at home. The service is good when it's up. When it goes down, the infuriating IVR kicks in, and unfortunately as much as I would like to recommend it to my boss, unfortunately I have to stick with AK. When AK is down, at least you can reach them! Nothing worse than lack of communication.

Thanks Patrick, but it's sad that your clients have to resort to such
means to get your company's attention.
We do understand that downtimes are inevitable but clueless support
guys and extremely long MTTR's does not help your course at all.
