May be a hardware error.<br>If you are using PCI cards make sure they are fixed properly.<br>Also check the memory modules. <br><br>What model is the server?<br><br>You may need to approach it as a hardware issue before trying on Windows installation. (Assuming by loading you mean installing)<br>
