I'm not a regular user, but I came across this article where Cali Lewis (GeekBeat.tv host) talks about frustrations she got from PayPal as they organised OpenCamp

Looking at the comments shows more people dissatisfied with their service. Anyone in Kenya ever had a nasty experience with PayPal?

BTW I have nothing against PayPal, I was just shocked at what I heard in the video.
