Heheh I and Washi.. Not that we don't or did not demand services. The issue is, as an individual it becomes counter productive-you end up spending so much resources not forgeting how emotionally draining it can get. But social media compaign is a great idea-and even then as a campus student, I went ahead to create a group on FB to 'dis' their service. All said and done, John Doe, we are behind you. A customer needs to get value for his money, and Bestell must reckon that.

Now you see where the problem is? We don't want to demand for 'service'. This is unacceptable. Bestell is supposedly a major IT supplier and must honor warranties. They must be made to honor warranty. This idea of buy at your own risk is a bad culture we are cultivating.
JohnDoe, if all fails, start a social media campaign - spread the word and we'll help spread it further.. let's see if they don't feel the pinch and do something.
