I have never understood why the president cannot fly i.e. use a helicopter. It&#39;s WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY faster and more convenient for motorists, really.<br />Other than that I love that the government is committed to availing data for all citizens and is involved in ICT infrastructure in our country. It&#39;s laudable!
