Is  this recommendation anchored on the premise that Kenyan&#39;s dislike for transparency?<br><br>Personally, I believe in dealing transparently with suppliers.<br><br>I don&#39;t get it when someone recommends that this be dealt with via a phone call when I myself want a written trail for reference.<br>
