I'm sure there's going to be all forms of critique here but i need to know being in the shop industry. What does Elite Rate at if there was a rating chart and a reason for the rating would be nice as well. I have anticipated lots of negative Criticism considering Elite not showing up for Gadget's so far so don't spare anything, it's the only way i see Elite improving in service and goods.
