Hmm, I don't think most people will get it. Would look to me like one of those Russian sites and apparently they don't have a good reputation. Why would you then want such a brand.
One other thing, some top level country domain require you to have an address in the said country. Russia may have such a requirements so it may even be hard to get such an address
