1) Same physical location?separate physical connection between PE and CE routers 

 

2) What do you want to provide? Internet on shared " broadband local loop" or on individual ccts?internet on individual circuits and shared Bband

 

3) Are you allocating bandwidth via local loop or have a central controller?restrict bandwidth on local loop your PE router interface.

 

4) clients with end users or just end users?some just end users others with their own lans.Make sure not IP conflict.
