Then Watson does not owe,them...he is yet to receive service for the payment he made.Now that the service is up....he should get 1 months service before its due again.
Question is: Did Watson receive an Invoice? Was he billed before getting disconnected?
From the way things look, he does not appear to have knowledge of any "demand for payment" (aka Invoice).
Someone needs to take the blame, but I am not sure who it is.
