it is very unfortunate that such things happen, especially when lack of knowledge on laws is exploited by those who know. Are flower gardens etc private property? I doubt it. Here's my rant. I lost a side view mirror on my car just near the mall roundabout a few days ago around 630pm, it was annoying to see someone just walk over to your car and take it off. replacement is 3 weeks away. forget my small suzuki, BMW FLAME THROWER edition sounds pretty right but am sure laws forbid it, courtesy of SA.
