I think its quite important for Matere to get the firms he veisit to promise to offer his community skills and expertise in the form of capacity exchange, let them commit to send in some team maybe once very year to come and visit your community, and see how they can hack up technology solutions, or advise you on such solutions, that they see can benefit the community in a big way. This will go a long way than donations, something I learned from Josphat Karanja of KENET (CIO of the Year)
