[Skunkworks] Recommend ISP

Can anyone recommend and ISP for Buruburu area. I am with Accesskenya access at home and somehow gettting a raw deal for the 1 mb they purport to provide me. I am tired of arguing with their staff over this and just want to move. Unfotunately we have no zuku fibre in Buru or would have moved for that.
