My idea of an ideal MPESA online scenario is where by during checkout,<br>
a customer selects MPESA payment, s/he just enters the mobile phone<br>
number and PIN number and the API process the order in the background<br>
in like (30secs) and processes the payment.<br>

The client and vendor both get SMS a few seconds later confirming transaction.<br>
<br>
If any programmer can do this, please take it up! All the best to<br>
you.! Just make the API public for intergration into ecommerce sites<br>
<br>
Remember just enter phone number and PIN and click process payment<br>
<br>
If MPESA goes online it will be truly global :)<br>
