Dear Friends, I have just started using twitter and I am kinda confused a bit but I think I am getting there soon. Now, there is this hashitagi that I have seen that is trending here in Nairobi: #NairobiSC An example if a twiti is as follows: -----example--- NairobiSC_GlobeCinem @NSC_GlobeCinema 2h [EST-MODERATE - 25.7km/h] changed from [SLOW] at Globe Cinema Rndbt exit to Tom Mboya St as of 09:25 #NairobiSC -----example--- I am just wondering what that means...is it the speed of the wind on that road or what?
