Quite the contrary. Actually Nokia's health has shown considerable improvement. The previous 3 quarters its losses were over a billion dollars. Secondly if they were not paying the unavoidable European Union costs of downsizing then they would have actually turned a profit. So it looks they are the right track to recovery it just cant happen in one quarter. Then also don't forget that consumers have held back awaiting the WP8 phones being released next month so it was expected that WP7 phones would see dismal sales since Microsoft announced that there will be no upgrade to WP8 for WP7 devices.
