I can confirm there were some issues with MPESA during the weekend and I happen to be one of the victim though not loosing money, transaction delay and failing to send things like balance of which safcom kept sending me text messages until whole thing was sorted this morning... and another text apologising and asking me to confirm whether my account is ok which is still fine....
