It strikes me that there is a need for some mechanism by which citizens can be quickly and efficiently updated on the byzantine (by)laws the city council seems to pass at random.<div><br></div><div>It would require at least one individual to continually poll the updated gazette, interpret and propagate the laws on a website and/or mailing list. I predict it would be very popular. </div>
