Hi Evon, The Oracle VirtualBox is easy to set up for root access. XEN can be installed and configured to achieve remote access too. If your virtual machine is able to ping 'outside' setting it up for remote access is possible, but always, step 1 is ensuring that your virtual machine is able to talk to the outside networks. Use 'bridged adapter' setting in virtual Box. This will allow the VM to have independent IP from the host (dhcp or static).
