Hi Peter,
With our bad experience with Safaricom Business and Sasahost, we choose not to go with local hosts. With this, we are leaning to Hostgator (not recommended so far by anyone on the forum) to host our website and emails. My second option would be Zohomail but I have not seen any option for their hosting our website.
