Guys, the issue is this - a professional linux distribution cd cannot<br>
contain certain codecs, such as for mp3 as they are proprietary, and<br>
for ubuntu / redhat / novell to include them would open them to legal<br>
action - so as Erick says, just download after doing the basic<br>
install.<br>

Distros which include the codecs are taking a risk - but if it&#39;s pure<br>
&#39;community&#39; with no identifying organisation to sue in court - or no<br>
money to be had if they did - then these small distros can get away<br>
with it.<br>
