Uganda also imports them just like we here in .ke the only difference is that in .ug they don't have stringent rules in terms of the age of the vehicle, motorbike, whatever. There you can import the same which is as old as 15 years. That's why you tend to see these classy vehicles in .ug a lot but they are kind of very old. Therefore these guys pay less duty e.t.c.

In .ke we have rules which govern imports therefore it becomes quiet expensive to import newest vehicles. (Due to duty) and there is also a limit of 7 years or so.
