I dont know about this, but once you download their application, It allows you to select folders that  will be synchronised on your comp, their server and other PCs. any new file in the folder is synchronised at all locations. 
e.g. If you choose to synchronise "/home/user/baqckup" , Any new file created at ~backup/ will be uploaded and any missing files at the server will be downloaded.
