Considering we are redefining the mobile phone in Kenya to not only be a communication gadget but a banking and identity gadget then registration is the only logical way of identifying transanction originators..Let's also not forget in the next few years NFC technologies will enable mobile phone enabled contactless transanctions at point of sale.. Its only logical to start associating users with their simcards now in preparation for this. Regards, John.
