
I was at the Microsoft 4Afrika event last night and they introduced this to the audience. Its still on the pilot stages and will be more widespread once the digital TV migration is on. I think its a wonderful concept and has been tried and tested in Scotland - the original idea generation came from there with BT providing the access.
