Airtel's 100millin plus subscribers gives the a leverage on economies of scale to sustain this so called 'pricing wars' Safaricom can sale all the data and laptops to teachers and be as 'innovative' (saw the innovation thread?) but its the guy downstairs whom they are charging 5bob per minute who calls the shots.
