Hi Skunks,

I have tried in vain since last week to link my Paypal account to my Equity Mastercard. The glitch is at the stage where I'm supposed to verify my card on Paypal's site. It just says "The Credit Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your credit card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience."

Has anyone else experienced this?
