Am trying to register a PIN at kra.go.ke for my business but once i put the
business registration number and date of registration nothing happens when
i press validate button. mind you i have just come from KRA offices to have
their database updated with my business' data. is there anything am doing
wrong or what should i do?

What browser are you on?
At some point in the past, the KRA website embarrassingly gave smooth
access via some old version of IE only.
