I have 7.5 and it does have the menu. That's why it's a weird scenario.

WP7.5 does not support STK. You might want to carry a dumbphone for MPESA. Don't know if it has/will be fixed in WP8.

What I have under my settings menu has nothing to show SIM Applications. Any help on how to enable that?
