I believe as listers there should more points of concern apart from the bad taste that KDN has left in many a mouth sometimes.

These points should be more like;
1. Is there any physical infrastructure movement?
2. Do we expect downtime during a migration (if any)?
3. Is the support going to be better?
4. Might they require some of the expert skills that exists in this list, during this phase?

During uptime the company (where I work) actually enjoys KDN service. What really sucks is trying to get through to the 5millie number esp on weekends. I wouldn't know what many of you have had to endure, but there always could have been worse.

We have a come a long way from when basestations esp NSSF would go down and someone @ KDN tells you that its your radio that has issues (bucket of bollocks) to experiencing downtime on Westlands Fiber ring. But personally I prefer to stay on, than be moved to SGK (no pun intended).
I smell the fear of change in many, a corner to the unknown.
