We buy capacity from ISPs and not from the ICT Ministry, if we have a problem we pick it with them and not government, or are we looking for razzmatazz?? We should pressure Safaricom, KDN, Access and the rest to push their prices lower. Gakuru et al, are we assured of lower prices should he step down?

I think Gakuru is right. If PS Ndemo promised that prices would drop, he was doing that from a "know it" stand point. He knew how they would. The question is "when" should they be coming down? Did he also give an indication of when, or at what point? That way we can go back to him and ask why things are not happening. Gakuru is representing those consumers who are asking the same questions:-)
