Hi Everyone, sometime back i subscribed to 5562 service to be receiving quotes from them (what was i thinking ) but after some time they become monotonous and i got bored , so the most logic thing was to unsubscribe so i tried the word STOP and send to 5562 i got a reply u saying "are not subscribed to any group" yet i still receive there quotes tried again STOP QUOTES got another error message "wrong code,to order send CODEWORD CONTENT CODE - EX POLS 1555" so i called safaricom customer service for help 200 , they told me to try the word unsubscribe quote , well did that got the same messages so i was given there customer service number , i tried calling no picks there on the other end . i need to unsubscribe from this service, anyone who can help thanks
