My Neighbour generates his own electricity using wind. I don't know what he tells the KPLC/KENGEN guys. But its enough to supply to his massive house and a few homes he owns in in compound. My cousin installed these new prepaying electricity meters, only to revert again to the "old" meters. I don't know why but I guess cost was the contributing factor. Question is, are you charged "fuel Costs" for these new meters?
