Okay, because of the (un)Limited fiber cuts in .KE (I mean the KDN and KPLC Fibers between NBI and MSA) are all ISPs down except those that use Telkom links?

And now that we are at it, what happened to the NBI-GRA-MSA redundant fiber?

Some of us are lucky we have Safaricom dongles....
