African Central Banks in the areas of technology and innovation, 
Governance and Anti-Money Laundering. The current project targets 
National (Central) Bank, Angola.

<br>Must have skills:
<br>
<br>• Good background in Data Base design in Oracle, MySQL, SQL, Microsoft SQL and Access.
<br>• Proven experience with:
<br>- Operative Systems: Microsoft Windows, Linux, Unix
<br>- Programming Languages: PL/SQL, JavaScript/AJAX, PHP; T-SQL
<br>- Framework: Zend Framework, JavaScript/AJAX
<br>- Mark up: HTML, XHTML, XML e RDF
<br>- Case Tools: UML
<br>• Strong project management skills with effective results focus within a multi-disciplinary and multicultural team environment.

<br>Work is expected to begin Feb 2013 in Angola
