There are modded flavours of Windows XP (I remember XP Black Edition), and even Ubuntu forums have an XP theme for Ubuntu... but these are individual projects, not Microsoft-Supported. The only product I know of that is targeted for cybers, because of their being exposed, is GGWA (Get Genuine Windows Agreement) which is used to legalize your *pirated* copies..
