I host two domains with EAC Directory & they haven't disappointed me thus far. Billing & support are on point! vis-à-vis your users who travel a lot, my advice is to use the SMTP server of the network you are using, e.g. for Safaricom (mail.gprs.safaricom.com, for Orange (smtp.jambo.co.ke) et al...
