@webmaster, I'm not a web dev but rather a potential systems dev and from my africa wide research today, I can say we are basically messed up by bad governance, corruption and bad policies that have literally stolen our capacity to ever do anything for generations beyond the commodity exchange barrier. Therefore as long as you can feed,clothe, educate and sustain your family off joomla, you are better off than many millions across the continent who cannot see a better day tomorrow because of screwed up govts and their reps . For this, I wish you success on your joomla journey. Do what you need to do.  :-)
