Its obviously a hoax from the word go . This reminds me of the scoop the same conmen made about construction jobs last month, people showed up in ken com looking like fools. These guys also seem to know that inorder to make it Legit - the mention of Sarit Center will hook IT guys up, because all big IT meetings and conferences are held there. A simple check of schedule of the Sarit Center venue booking for that day will confirm this -- cos there is usually down payment for the expo. And what jobs are available for fibre ? Everyone was employed on contract for the period it lasted... besides we have companies that have a lot of people dealing with that. The laying of cable on sea is only for experienced sea farers, and the land jobs are for manual labors and fiber optic trained contractors...
