Perhaps the quality of our number plates necessitates the requirement of flashes.

I've been wondering do side reinforced tyres withstand Kenyan potholes, or does Jesus still need to take the wheel?

I have always wondered why in the days of optics that do not need flashes they installed flashes.

Many security cameras that do not need flashes exist.

I think you can, but maybe we need a legal opinion :-)

I hear there is a sort of epilepsy that is triggered by flashing light, so if such a person was a passenger or driver in a such a car, and the flashes caused an episode, and one gets into an accident, can they then sue both the contractor i.e. Safaricom, and the owner, i.e. Government?

But most importantly, would they have a solid case?

Extrapolating, can I sue KENHA for not fixing that deep pothole at the beginning of waiyaki way inbound, which has burst my tyre and bent my rim (and several other people's too), yet it is their requirement to fix them?
