NIC does not allow online payments without a CREDIT card. To get one you need to deposit the amount you would like to be able to use online (+10%) with your lawyer in a sealed envelope. I&M is the only bank I know of that allows debit card payments online out of the box. Only tried Barclay's and NIC before that though. vada dava wrote:
