They played around with the costs a bit to get a flat 2000ksh for 106 units but the main take away is that power costs are gonna come down majorly in September. Fuel cost charge is down to 571 cents from 722 cents, foreign exchange fluctuation adjustment is also down 11 cents to 17 cents. If you read my previous thread, the tariff is graduated - you pay more the more you consume in a month.
Because you bought 119 units on May 7th, 50 of the first units were cheaper than the remainder (69 units). The extra units you bought on May 29h were charged higher because they fell beyond the 0-50 bracket.
