
And so the question still remains, does KRA strictly adhere to the months the car was registered, as in, considering we are in February 2014, can you actually bring a car registered earlier than February 2007 i.e. 2007 January, since if we're going by months alone, that is more than 7 years, or is it that as long as the car was registered in 2007 (regardless of the month) it is still applicable? That's the most common approach since most imported vehicles are pre-owned. Ever though of how KRA will go about it a if you were to purchase a Bugatti Veyron from a show-room in Europe?
