You can try the Samsung Official Repair center if it exists or head to Howard forums(google that) or gsmhosting .com and look for the Samsung flashing section. Get the flashing program, the flashinf file and read over what version is for wht before they brick their phone. They can al;os ask whether they got the right software in the forums before flashing their phones. Alternatively, there is An App for that...
