Don't you hate it when the government posts logo competitions on newspapers with lucrative cash prizes knowing well that it's only protocol, coz in real sense, they already have a guy working on the logo?
No wonder they have very open rules (like the one on 2days paper) - use any color combinational . . . . . . ..
