Steve, that's quiet innovative because you are paying them. Making a free calk never goes through! I make calls to zain customer care who follow up to the point of call me back especially when it got to do with technical issues. The funny thing is - i called the safcom customer care from my zain line - its easier to get thru that way --- however, you have to pay. :-)
