What we deal with here is mostly foreign technology and for me the first place to do a stop if I have a problem is somewhere like StackOverflow.com. The Signal to Noise there is Sooooo High, you may not really need to squeeze water out of Rocks like it happens at times :) Am sure that if you were to ask for an F/OSS recipe for making Busaa / Chang&#39;aa / Yokozuna, etc you will get sterling results from a random guy in the streets of Nairobi, let alone Skunkworks .....</div>
<div><br></div><div>The other issue is that you bring up interesting topics, but for the lack of time (and interest at times), people do not pay as much attention to them as they should. That does not mean that they lack the knowledge or ability to do so. Am quite certain that a great many things have been done in the KE technology scene by locals who are either unaware of Skunks or do not bother much to flaunt their achievements. </div>
